Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
